Year 2000 tenants moved in to the renovated experimental solar houses, with greenhouses and solar collectors added, which Nordström Kelly Arkitekter designed in the suburb Gårdsten, Gothenburg. The area was built in the late 60ies, a part of the Swedish Miljonprogrammet. The project recieved a number of awards, like the World Habitat Award  This year a new block in the area have added a greenhouse initiated by the tenants due to the success from the pioneere project!
